I am a sixth-generation Californian dedicated to the healing arts. With training in shamanism, ceremony, yoga, bodywork, tarot, energy healing, and spiritual guidance, I have spent decades helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom and strength.

For nearly than 30 years, I have worked with a diverse community of artists, executives, leaders, and individuals seeking healing and personal growth. I am known for my intuitive approach and ability to help clear energetic blocks that stand in the way of well-being.

My path has included years of study with respected teachers, including intensive training in the Amazon rainforest with a Peruvian master shaman. My work focuses on helping people heal, grow, and awaken their gifts through time-tested healing practices. Whether through shamanic work, ceremony, bodywork, intuitive guidance, or spiritual mentorship, I offer a supportive space for meaningful transformation.

I am also a mother of boys and an active member of a vibrant community. Everything I offer is grounded in service, connection, and the belief that personal healing creates positive change in our families and communities.
